THE PARTNERSHIP

In April 2009, after a lengthy tender and interview process, Ealing Council selected Rydon and the A2Dominion Group as the preferred developer for Green Man Lane estate with Conran & Partners as architects and masterplanners.

The council's report praised Conran & Partners 'distinctive and original design vision' and stated: 'This bid appears to offer a positive and attractive design and a number of significant advantages in terms of financial offer, delivery proposals, commitments to residents and support for sustainable regeneration within this community and the wider area. Rydon Construction and A2Dominion have demonstrated throughout this whole process a drive and commitment to work with the Council and residents'
