The Gym and Energy Centre change places
In the revised masterplan the Gym and Energy Centre change places so that the gym can be seen from Uxbridge Road. This gives the area a more active frontage.

MASTERPLAN


Our proposed Masterplan includes:
• Demolition of the multi-storey car park, surface car parking areas, Dean Hall and all the existing housing stock (464 homes)
• Erection of 706 new homes of mixed tenure
• New houses and gardens to the north and west, to back on to existing houses and gardens
• Height and density located towards the south and centre
• 2 storeys rising to a maximum of 8 storeys
• New landscaped, direct and safe streets through the site integrated with existing neighbourhood
• New car parking: 225 on street parking bays for residents and residents visitors, 101 secure covered allocated parking bays for residents and 75 shared spaces for shoppers
• New energy centre to provide heat & power to residents
• New landscaped public and private open space
• New low cost gym, community café and enterprise units to Singapore Road linked by a pedestrian route through the central courtyard to community facilities on Green Man
• Lane- all for the use of the community and the wider neighbourhood
