ABOUT THE PROJECT

Our vision is to transform Green Man Lane estate into an attractive, safe and sustainable community where people are proud to live.

It is set to be transformed through the phased demolition of the existing 464 homes, making way for new properties for affordable rent, shared ownership and outright sale. However, the regeneration programme does not just involve building new and replacement houses; there are also proposals to include new community buildings and facilities. A full and comprehensive consultation process has been put into place to ensure that all interested parties can not only see what the proposals are but can have an active input into what the future development will look like.
